Step:
1. Warm the teapot with hot water and empty it before you put in 1/3 to 1/4 volume of the tea leaves
2. Add boiling water 100C temperature until the teapot overflows.
3. Discard this water immediately as to clean and heat the tea leaves before the 1st brew

茶品简介： 好几年前，我(注：陈国义先生，下同)曾到访过白莺山，这里的千亩古树茶园彻底震撼了我。山上整个周边都可看到古茶树群错落在各茶农家前前后后,漫山遍野都是古树茶,树形巨大，而且枝叶茂盛.有的如团似球，有的冠如华盖,亦有的郁郁苍苍,让人叹为观止。 有幸饮之，顿觉汤清水细，绵滑可口，层次感丰富，毫无苦涩感，其幽兰气韵非常迷人，即时让人神清气爽，身心疲惫一扫而空!离开了白莺山之后,一直念念不忘。 于2018年，我决定再次来到白莺山，并有幸和树龄2800年的二嘎子茶王树主人达成协议，签下了白莺山茶王树2019年春茶开采权，满足了我追求好茶的愿望。 这次承蒙政府各单位领导和各界人士，同行好友的鼎力支持和帮助，在2019年4月6日吉时，二嘎子茶王树开采了，盛况空前。 由于茶王树制成干茶仅仅只有11公斤，远远无法满足各位爱茶人的需求。因此，我特选一批2019年白莺山古树春茶原料，制作成“千年等候”茶饼,以酬知音人!
